I’ve Got News

She told me, “You don’t know about struggle.  You’re a Christian singer.  You have everything under control.”  Hilarious!  After I finished laughing, I told her a little about my own darkness, my own addictions, my own confusion about why God behaves the way he does.  None of us is alone in our hurt, and in the Kingdom, to the utter bafflement of evil, that hurt we carry becomes a strong medicine.
